About Kate Rushes
Kate is enthusiastic about movement, whether that is going for a walk, doing a fitness class or practicing yoga.
She loves to “go with the flow”, but to find balance and harmony with her body, she learnt that grounding is vital.
Practicing yoga, including meditation and breathing exercises are her daily anchor.
Kate is a certified Yoga, Pilates and Mindfulness Instructor as well as a Personal Trainer and a Technical Nutritionist.
Originally from Triest, after studying and working abroad, Kate fell in love with Lake Como where she moved to pursuit her career as a Global Product Manager for an international orthopaedic company.
Meet her on the mat during one of her weekly classes or book a private practice in one of the beautiful spots of the lake!
